A letter was sent to the Weld County zoning compliance officer today. In it, the attorney for the plaintiffs asks that Weld County acknowledge that Rock and Rail does not have any right to manufacture concrete under the guise of being a “railroad operation” and asks that Rock and Rail be penalized accordingly for zoning violations.
