Motion Asking for Summary Judgment (Rock and Rail Complaint)

On February 2, 2020, the Defendants’ in the Rock and Rail Complaint filed a motion asking for a summary judgment that concrete operations are not eligible for Surface Transportation Board (STB) exemption.

Rock and Rail filed a response to the motion on February 28, 2020.

The Defendants replied to the Rock and Rail’s response on March 13, 2020.
